[Introduction and Preface]

Welcome to View Hub!

The website operated by View Hub (viewhubs. com) and the related services provided by View Hub software (hereinafter referred to as "this service"), you should read and comply with the "View Hub Terms of Use" (hereinafter referred to as "this agreement"). Please carefully read and fully understand the contents of each clause, especially the clauses that exempt or limit liability, as well as the separate agreement for opening or using a certain service, and choose to accept or reject them.

Unless you have fully read, understood, and accepted all the terms of this agreement, you have no right to use this service. If you click to agree or use this service ("use" refers to one or more of the following behaviors, including but not limited to downloading, installing, launching, browsing, registering, logging in, etc.), or express or imply acceptance of this agreement in any other way, it shall be deemed that you have read and agreed to sign all the contents of this agreement. This agreement shall have legal effect between you and us and become a binding legal document for both parties. If you do not agree with our occasional modifications or supplements to this agreement, you shall waive registration, cease use, or voluntarily cancel this service.

Definition and Scope of the Agreement

1.1 [Definition]

1.1.1 View Hub software and its related services may have operational affiliated units, but do not include the actual providers of third-party functions and related services.

1.1.2 "This service" refers to the use of View Hub provided by the View Hub software to users.

1.1.3 "User" includes registered and unregistered users, and is more commonly referred to as "you" in this agreement. Any user who has not registered on the View Hub platform shall become a "non registered user" of our products and/or services from the beginning of use, and shall comply with all other terms of this agreement except for the exclusive agreement of registered users during the use process.

1.1.4 "Account" refers to the account you register and use on the View Hub platform. After registering an account, you can use the View Hub platform to achieve one or more functions such as online viewing, caching, cloud synchronization of videos, and searching, subscribing, bookmarking, recommending, commenting, sharing, and publishing video content based on different user identities.

1.1.5 "Laws and regulations" under this agreement refer to the current effective laws, administrative regulations, judicial interpretations, local regulations, local rules, departmental rules, and other normative documents of the region/country where the user belongs/is located, as well as the amendments and supplements to such laws and regulations from time to time, and relevant policy provisions.

1.2 [Scope of Agreement Subject]

This agreement is between you and us regarding your use of this service. This agreement is legally binding on both you and us.

Please note that the operator of the View Hub platform may add or change based on the business adjustments of the View Hub platform. If you are aware of the aforementioned changes and continue to use this service, it shall be deemed that you agree to the new or changed View Hub platform operator fulfilling this agreement to you.

1.3 [Agreement Relationship]

We may revise this agreement in a timely manner. When there are changes to the terms of this agreement, we will notify you of the updated agreement text and inform you of the effective date during the version update. Please carefully read the revised agreement. If you do not agree with such changes, you should immediately stop using this service; If you continue to use the View Hub platform and this service, it means that you have accepted the revised agreement text and are bound by it.

2.1 Scope of Software License

2.1.1 You may need to download the View Hub software to use this service. We only grant you a personal, revocable, non transferable, and non exclusive license to the View Hub software and its technology (if applicable). You may only download, install, use, and run the View Hub software for non-commercial purposes and for the purpose of using this service.

2.1.2 All other rights not expressly authorized by this clause and other provisions of this agreement are still reserved by us, and you must obtain our written permission separately when exercising these rights. If we fail to exercise any of the aforementioned rights, it does not constitute a waiver of that right.

2.2 [Acquisition of Software]

2.2.1 You can obtain the View Hub software directly from our website or from a third party authorized by us.

2.2.2 If you obtain the View Hub software or an installation program with the same name as the View Hub software from a third party who is not authorized by us, we cannot guarantee that the software will function properly and will not be responsible for any losses caused to you as a result.

2.3 [Installation and uninstallation of software]

After downloading and installing the program, you need to follow the steps prompted by the program to install it correctly.

2.3.2 If you no longer need to use the View Hub software or need to install a new version of the software, you can uninstall the View Hub software yourself. If you are willing to help us improve our product and service, please let us know the reason for your uninstallation.

2.4 [Software Update]

2.4.1 In order to improve user experience and enhance service content, we will continuously strive to develop new services and provide you with software update services from time to time (which may take the form of software replacement, modification, feature enhancement, version upgrade, etc.).

2.4.2 In order to ensure the security and consistency of the functions of this software and service, we have the right to update the software or change or restrict some of the functions and effects of the software without special notice to you.

2.4.3 After the release of a new version of this software, older versions may not be usable. To avoid affecting your use of this service, we recommend that you update the software to the latest version.

2.5 [Software Client Security Responsibilities]

2.5.1 You understand and agree that the View Hub software, like most Internet software, may be affected by many factors, including but not limited to user reasons, network service quality, social environment, etc; It may also be subject to various security issues, including but not limited to others illegally using user data for real-life harassment; Users downloading and installing other software or accessing other websites may contain viruses, Trojan programs, or other malicious programs that threaten the security of your terminal device information and data, thereby affecting the normal use of View Hub software. Therefore, you should strengthen your awareness of information security and personal information protection, pay attention to password protection, and avoid losses.

2.5.2 You are not allowed to create, publish, use, or disseminate malicious programs used to steal View Hub accounts and personal information and property of others.

2.5.3 Maintaining software security and normal use is our joint responsibility with you. We will take necessary technical measures to protect your terminal device information and data security in a reasonable and prudent manner in accordance with industry standards. However, you acknowledge and agree that we cannot provide complete guarantees in this regard.

3. [Registration, Use, Management, and Cancellation of Accounts]

3.1 [Registration]

You can follow the prompts to register and log in to your View Hub account.

3.2 [Usage and Management]

3.2.1 During the process of registering an account or using this service, you may need to fill in some necessary information. If the information you provide is incomplete or untrue, you may not be able to use this service or may be restricted during use.

3.2.2 You have the right to log in to your registered account to use functions such as viewing, downloading, and viewing history, as well as account management functions such as updating information and changing settings. However, the specific scope of operation depends on the services provided by the View Hub platform, your usage identity in View Hub, and the corresponding permissions you enjoy.

3.2.3 You understand and agree that in order to protect the security of your and other users' data, prevent the leakage, damage, tampering or loss of user information, we have the right to conduct access reviews of the information systems you access, including but not limited to technical level reviews, security level reviews, subject qualification reviews, etc., and based on the review results, we will propose anti intrusion, anti-virus and other measures to you. If your information system still cannot meet the requirements for protecting user data security, we have the right to refuse, restrict or terminate the provision of this service.

3.2.4 If you violate relevant laws and regulations or the provisions of this agreement, we have the right to make independent judgments and restrict, freeze or terminate your use of the account at any time, and decide whether to restore use based on the actual situation. Any losses incurred as a result (including but not limited to communication interruption, clearing of user information and related data, inability to withdraw profits, etc.) shall be borne by you.

3.3 [Cancellation]

We provide you with the View Hub account cancellation function. You can use the online cancellation method provided by our platform and contact our customer service arnoldgabhub@outlook.com Or cancel your account through other methods we provide.

4. [Protection of User Personal Information]

4.1 Protecting users' personal information is one of our fundamental principles. We will take reasonable measures to protect users' personal information. We will collect, use, store, and share your personal information in accordance with the provisions of this agreement. Except as provided by laws and regulations, we will not disclose or disclose users' personal information to third parties without their consent. We adopt professional encryption storage and transmission methods for relevant information to ensure the security of users' personal information.

4.2 When using the View Hub platform and this service, you may need to provide some necessary information. If there are special provisions in national laws, regulations or policies, you need to provide real identity information. If the information you provide is incomplete, you will not be able to use this service or will be restricted in the process of using this service.

4.3 We will use various security technologies and procedures to establish a comprehensive management system to protect your personal information from unauthorized access, use, or disclosure.

4.4 Without your consent, we will not disclose your personal information to any company, organization, or individual outside of us, except as otherwise provided by laws and regulations.

We attach great importance to the protection of personal information of minors. If you are a minor under the age of 18, you should carefully read and agree to this agreement before using our services, either on your own or under the supervision, guidance, and consent of your guardian. Specifically, if you are a minor under the age of 14, we will only process your personal information with the consent of your guardian.

5. [User Code of Conduct]

5.1 General Code of Conduct

5.1.1 You shall access and use the View Hub platform and this service in compliance with this agreement, laws, regulations, and other normative documents. You agree that you will not engage in or use the View Hub platform and this service for the following activities (nor provide convenience or support for others to engage in the following activities):

(1) Activities that endanger network security, such as illegal intrusion into the network, interference with normal network functions, and theft of network data;

(2) Provide programs and tools specifically designed for activities that pose a threat to network security, such as intrusion into networks, interference with normal network functions and protective measures, and theft of network data;

(3) Providing technical support, advertising promotion, payment settlement, and other assistance to others who knowingly engage in activities that endanger network security;

(4) Using unauthorized data or accessing unauthorized servers/accounts;

(5) Unauthorized access to public computer networks or other people's computer systems and deletion, modification, or addition of stored information;

(6) Attempting to explore, scan, or test vulnerabilities in the View Hub platform system or network without permission, or engaging in other activities that undermine network security;

(7) Attempting to interfere with or disrupt the normal operation of the View Hub platform, intentionally spreading malicious programs or viruses, and other behaviors that disrupt and interfere with normal network information services;

(8) Maliciously registering or obtaining a View Hub account, including but not limited to registering or obtaining a View Hub account through any software or service other than those provided or explicitly licensed by us; Or register a View Hub account through any software or service in a non manual or non manual manner; Or frequently or in bulk register and obtain more than a reasonable number of View Hub accounts;

(9) Endangering minors and/or others in any way;

(10) Without prior explicit written permission from us and others (if involved), obtain the services, content, and data (including but not limited to business data and user personal information) of the View Hub platform through any means (including but not limited to robot software, spider software, crawler software, and any other automated programs, scripts, software) on our own or on behalf of others;

(11) Without our explicit authorization, display our products and/or content in whole or in part in any public setting, whether for a fee or free of charge (except where such behavior does not constitute infringement);

(12) Obtaining and using our products or services through improper means or in violation of the principle of good faith (such as exploiting loopholes in rules, exploiting system vulnerabilities, abusing membership status, black industries, speculation, etc. that go against our original intention of providing products and/or services);

(13) Falsifying titles or manipulating identification information in other ways to make people mistakenly believe that the content is transmitted by us;

(14) Using malicious software, network vulnerabilities, or other illegal means to disrupt our normal operations; Stealing or embezzling someone else's account and assets under the account;

(15) Other behaviors that violate this agreement, laws, regulations, or regulatory policies, and infringe upon our and/or others' legitimate rights and interests.

5.1.2 You understand and agree that if we discover or receive complaints and reports from others on our own, and we independently determine that your behavior or content violates laws and regulations, this agreement, and/or other agreements and rules we have published, or if required by regulatory authorities in accordance with the law, we have the right to unilaterally take one or more of the following measures at any time without prior notice (the specific measures and the duration of the measures taken shall be determined by us according to your illegal or breach of contract circumstances):

(1) Warning to you.

(2) Restrict your use of some or all of the features of this software and/or service.

(3) Delete, block related content, or disconnect links.

(4) Suspend or terminate your use of the corresponding account (referred to as "banned account").

(5) Take other reasonable and legal measures.

(6) Save necessary information such as the reported content and report it to relevant departments, cooperate with investigations, etc.

(7) Hold you legally responsible in accordance with the law.

5.2 [Information Content Specification]

5.2.1 You may use the View Hub platform and services to post your original or authorized opinions, texts, information, usernames, images, photos, personal information, links, and other informational content. You must ensure that you own the intellectual property rights of the information content you upload or have obtained legal authorization, and that your use of the View Hub platform and this service does not infringe upon the legitimate rights and interests of any third party.

5.2.2 When using this service, you must comply with laws and regulations, and shall not create, copy, publish, or disseminate information or engage in related activities that contain the following content, nor shall you provide convenience for creating, copying, publishing, or disseminating information or engaging in related activities that contain the following content. We have the right to manage the information you upload, publish, or transmit. If we discover that you have created, uploaded, copied, published, or disseminated content that violates laws, regulations, and normative documents through the View Hub platform, we will immediately stop transmitting the information, take measures such as elimination, prevent the spread of information, keep relevant records, and report to the relevant authorities. The aforementioned illegal and irregular content includes but is not limited to:

(1) Oppose the determination of laws and regulations;

(2) Endangering national security, leaking state secrets, subverting state power, and undermining national unity;

(3) Damaging national honor and interests;

(4) Distorting, vilifying, desecrating, or denying the deeds and spirit of heroes and martyrs, and insulting, slandering, or otherwise infringing upon their names, portraits, reputations, and honors;

(5) Promoting terrorism, extremism, or inciting the implementation of terrorist or extremist activities;

(6) Those who incite ethnic hatred, ethnic discrimination, and undermine ethnic unity;

(7) Disrupting national religious policies, promoting cults and feudal superstitions;

(8) Spreading rumors, disrupting social order, and disrupting social stability;

(9) Spreading obscenity, pornography, gambling, violence, murder, terror, or inciting crime;

(10) Insulting or slandering others, infringing on their reputation, privacy, and other legitimate rights and interests;

(11) Using exaggerated titles that do not match the content of the title;

(12) Spreading rumors, scandals, and bad deeds;

(13) Improper evaluation of natural disasters, major accidents, and other disasters;

(14) Those with sexual implications, teasing, or other factors that can easily trigger sexual associations;

(15) Showing blood, horror, cruelty, and other physical and mental discomfort;

(16) Instilling discrimination against groups, regions, etc;

(17) Promoting vulgar, vulgar, and pandering content;

(18) May trigger minors to imitate unsafe behavior and violate social ethics, induce minors to have bad habits, etc;

(19) Content that infringes upon the legitimate rights and interests of minors or damages their physical and mental health;

(20) Inciting illegal gatherings, associations, marches, demonstrations, and gatherings to disrupt social order;

(21) Engaging in activities under the name of illegal civil organizations;

(22) Those who do not comply with the "Interim Provisions on the Development and Management of Public Information Services through Instant Messaging Tools" and comply with the "seven bottom lines" requirements of laws and regulations, socialist system, national interests, legitimate interests of citizens, public order, social morality, and information authenticity;

(23) Other content that has a negative impact on the online ecosystem and is prohibited by laws and regulations.

5.2.3 The content you produce, publish, and disseminate must comply with the "Regulations on the Management of Network Audio and Video Information Services" and relevant laws and regulations. You are not allowed to use new technologies and applications based on deep learning, virtual reality, etc. to produce, publish, or disseminate false news information. When you publish or disseminate non real audio and video information produced using new technologies and applications based on deep learning, virtual reality, etc., you should identify it in a prominent manner.

5.2.4 You shall independently and fully assume legal responsibility for your use of this service to create, upload, publish, and disseminate text, images, audio, video, and other content. If your aforementioned actions cause us losses, you shall be liable for compensation. In addition, we have the right to:

(1) Directly delete text, images, audio, videos, and other content created, uploaded, published, or disseminated by users using the View Hub platform and this service without prior notice;

(2) Depending on the severity of the situation, your account will be banned, and some or all virtual assets will be deducted or cleared. You and related third parties (if any) will be temporarily or permanently prohibited from using the View Hub platform and this service to create, upload, publish, disseminate symbols, text, images, audio, video, and other content, or terminate the provision of this service to you.

6. [Intellectual Property Declaration]

6.1 The intellectual property rights of the content we provide on the View Hub platform and this service (including but not limited to software, technology, programs, web pages, text, images, graphics, audio, video, charts, layout design, electronic documents, etc.) belong to us. The copyright, patent, and other intellectual property rights of the software on which we rely for providing this service belong to us. Without our permission, no one is allowed to use (including but not limited to monitoring, copying, spreading, displaying, mirroring, uploading, downloading content on the View Hub platform and this service through any robot, spider or other program or device).

6.2 We provide technical support for the development and operation of the View Hub platform and this service, and have full rights to all data and information generated during the development and operation of the View Hub platform and this service.

6.3 Please do not use any of our trademarks, service marks, trade names, domain names, website names, or other prominent brand features, including "View Hub", under any circumstances. Without our prior written consent, you are not allowed to display, use, or engage in any other handling of the aforementioned logos in any form, whether alone or in combination. If you violate this agreement by using our above-mentioned trademarks, logos, etc. and cause losses to us or others, you shall bear all legal responsibilities.

7. [Legal Liability]

7.1 [Disclaimer]

9.1.1 You understand and agree that we will make every effort to ensure the security of the View Hub platform and the technology and information involved in this service. However, due to the limitations of our existing technology and limited service capabilities, we are not responsible for any direct or indirect losses incurred by you in the following situations:

(1) Information loss, leakage and other losses and risks caused by factors such as computer viruses, trojans or other malicious programs, hacker attacks, etc;

(2) The service terminals, data loss, and other losses and risks caused by the malfunction of your computer software, system, hardware, and communication lines;

(3) Losses and risks caused by improper operation or unauthorized use of this service by you;

(4) The content you have posted has been forwarded and shared by others, which may pose risks and responsibilities for dissemination;

(5) Due to unstable network signals and other reasons, there are risks such as login failures, incomplete data synchronization, and slow page opening speeds;

(6) Any problems or damages caused by your terminal device or operating system not matching our platform;

(7) Other situations that we cannot control or reasonably foresee.

7.1.2 You understand and agree that the content you upload, publish, or transmit may be copied, reproduced, modified, or used for other purposes by other users or third parties, beyond your expectations and control. You should be fully aware of the existence of such risks, and any information that you do not want others to know should not be published on the View Hub platform. If the relevant behavior violates your legitimate rights and interests, you can file a complaint with us, and we will handle it in accordance with the law.

7.1.3 We have obtained the right to handle illegal and irregular content or behavior in accordance with the provisions of this agreement. This right does not constitute our obligation or commitment, and we cannot guarantee timely detection of illegal and irregular situations or corresponding handling.

7.1.4 You understand and agree that, due to the needs of business development, overall service operation, and platform operation security, we have the right to change, suspend, restrict, terminate, or revoke all or part of the service content of this service as appropriate.

7.1.5 You understand and agree that in the process of using this service, you may encounter force majeure and other factors that may cause interruption of this service, loss or leakage of personal information, and other losses and risks. Force majeure refers to objective events that are unforeseeable, insurmountable, unavoidable, and have a significant impact on one or both parties, including but not limited to natural disasters such as floods, earthquakes, storms, and social events such as wars, riots, government actions, etc.

7.2 [Limitation of Liability]

7.2.1 Any content in this agreement shall not affect any legal rights that you, as a user, have the right to always enjoy and cannot agree to change or waive in the manner agreed upon in the agreement. All disclaimers and limitations of liability contained in this agreement shall only apply to the maximum extent permitted by laws and regulations.

7.2.2 Unless otherwise provided by laws and regulations, regardless of whether we foresee it or not, we only assume the maximum legal liability for the View Hub platform and this service. We are not responsible for any third-party defamation, criminal or other illegal behavior, nor do we compensate you for any losses caused by it, except for those where we are legally at fault for the losses suffered by you.

7.3 [Liability for Breach of Contract]

Unless otherwise agreed in this agreement, if you violate the provisions of this agreement or other service terms, resulting in third-party complaints or lawsuits, you shall handle it yourself and bear all legal responsibilities that may arise as a result. If your illegal or breach of contract behavior causes us or our affiliates to compensate any third party, suffer penalties from national authorities, or bear other losses, you should also fully compensate us or our affiliates for all losses suffered as a result.

The headings in this agreement are for your convenience in reading and understanding, and do not affect the meaning or interpretation of any provisions in this agreement.

8.2 [Notification and Contact Information]
